setting goals are important to me, keeping to them has always been hard. this last six months I really dug deep and went all in on the course making, found my flow and stuck to it. I had hard days and I maybe at times sacrificed my outdoor time to get them done! - but I'm here, at the end, last day, never dropping a day and I'm happy at the results.

stacks of data to work through, renewed sense of self and ready to hit the new year running. you can expect the following things to happen in January and February (for all the new premium subscribers)

different shows - digital detox and mindfulness
